Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the jewellery in its original presentation box and include all certificates, invoices, and the Return Authorization form.
Ship or Drop-off
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our central warehouse or visit any MoneyMax boutique for an in-person assessment.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
